With support from the national party, the “Good Trouble Fest” was an opportunity for local Democrats distressed about the direction of the country, and perhaps tired of waiting for elected reps to come to the rescue, to gather, talk to each other, and discover ways to get more engaged in politics themselves.

Eventually, the “Good Trouble Fest” wound down, and the small crowd began to pack up their pamphlets and finish the last bites of their cake.

They were planted in November by the organisers behind Tulleys Tulip Fest in Sussex and will bloom at various times this spring.
